Valette 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Born out of Chef-Vintner Dustin Valette’s passion for wine, food and flavor, Valette Wines showcase legendary small production, terroir-driven winemakers Bob Cabral, Jesse Katz, Dave Ramey, and Tom Rochioli.

A blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Petit Verdot from the Skellenger Vineyard, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon from Valette Wines is crafted in a bold, ripe style, with a deep ruby-purple color and bombastic aromas of cassis, cast iron, peppercorn, and green bell pepper; plus accents of cedar, dark chocolate, and roasted plums. The full-bodied palate is big yet perfectly balanced with ripe, grainy tannins and just enough acidity on the long finish.
