MARTIN RAY SYNTHESIS 2018 PINOT NOIR

Martin Ray is a producer based in Santa Rosa, California, in the heart of the Russian River Valley. It produces a wide range of wines with emphasis on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the Bordeaux grape varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The estate has a 5 hectare (12 acre) plot in the Russian River Valley that is planted to several clones of Pinot Noir. A majority of grapes are sourced externally from contract growers from several neighboring regions, including Green Valley for old vine Chardonnay, and Stags Leap District and Diamond Mountain for Cabernet Sauvignon.
