SPERI SANT’URBANO VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE 2017

$35.00

Speri Viticoltori is a family-owned wine estate with a history dating back to the early part of the 19th Century in Italy’s renowned Valpolicella wine region. It is known for its high-quality wines predominantly from the indigenous Valpolicella grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, but also draws upon the lesser known grape varieties of Oseleta, Rossanella, Pelara and Cabrosina for its wines.

The estate is planted on 60 hectares (148 acres) of land in Valpolicella’s classico viticultural area. The vines occupy some of the most renowned terroir of this region, around notable villages like Fumane, Marano and Negrar. The Speri Viticoltori vineyards are planted on traditional stone terraces that enjoy a mild climate moderated by nearby Lake Garda.
