Cameron Woodbridge’s philosophy of long barrel aging and extensive bottle aging allows the wine to develop to its full potential. His 2014 Cabernet aged three years before release, 28 months in new French Oak barrels and eight months in bottle. Fruit was grown in Calistoga, Napa Valley. 2014 did not exhibit the heat spikes that are typical from July through September. This steady growing season and long ripening season resulted in a wine of incredible balance between fruit and structure. Aged 28 months in new French oak.
