Valette Rochioli Estate 2023 Chardonnay

Born out of Chef-Vintner Dustin Valette’s passion for wine, food and flavor, Valette Wines showcase legendary small production, terroir-driven winemakers Bob Cabral, Jesse Katz, Dave Ramey, and Tom Rochioli.

This 2023 Chardonnay comes from a Grand Cru site in the Russian River Valley. Planted in 1989, it is one of the oldest Chardonnay plantings on the Estate. The wine offers apple, citrus, classic minerality. It is balanced with richness and cleansing acidity on the palate. Layered flavors of tree ripened apple and vanilla that persist with purity, precision and length that still trend toward a richer, classic style. As with most wines from this famed vineyard, it will age beautifully for those with the patience to cellar this special wine.
