Shipping:
We ship to all states that are legally allowed to receive wine shipments from FedEx. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for delivery. Please specify your shipping address and shipping preferences.
We cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Alabama, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Utah.
Legal Notice:
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Naples Fine Wine to the purchaser in the State of Florida and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping from Florida to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via Fed-Ex, Naples Fine Wine is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from Naples Fine Wine, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a manner compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
Purchasing:
We will verify your credit card purchase at the time of purchase and will complete the transaction. Once you have filled in the shipping address the shipping charge is determined. Our policy is to “pass-through” (no upcharge) charges for shipping and packaging*. We charge the cost of shipping to compliant states. We charge state tax for Florida purchases only. Purchases outside of Florida are not charged sales tax and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*Packaging is in plain (unmarked) brown cardboard boxes with a heavy-weight styrofoam bottle insert. Packaging and handling is included in the shipping fee.
