Purchase & Returns Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of fine wine and applicable alcohol regulations, all sales are final.

Naples Fine Wine does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Inspection & Provenance

We carefully inspect all wines prior to offering them for sale and accept only wines where provenance can be verified.

All shipments are inspected at the time of packing to ensure condition and accuracy.

Wines are professionally stored at approximately 55°F with humidity control prior to shipment.

Transfer of Title & Responsibility

Title to and ownership of all wine passes to the purchaser at the time of shipment from Naples Fine Wine in the State of Florida.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the purchaser.

Naples Fine Wine is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by the carrier.

Weather Holds

Wine is temperature sensitive.

If weather conditions are unsafe for shipment, customers may request that their wine be held at our facility until conditions improve.

We are happy to store purchased wine during periods of extreme heat at no additional charge for a reasonable period.

If a bottle is believed to be corked or flawed, please contact us promptly.

Any accommodation or resolution will be handled at the sole discretion of Naples Fine Wine.
